blood markers
Clients working with me on blood markers and gut health have found that when a specifically tailored gut protocol has been completed, they rarely miss training, feel incredible and have plenty of energy. It must be said, that it is certainly a challenging journey, but in order to truly build on a foundation of health, the gut must be addressed and supported. I always recommend that clients over 35 look to at least go over blood markers with me once annually.
